Subj: Here's a good Idea

David from Salt Lake Writes:
Here's a good Idea. Rather than do a story on the corrupt Mormons that run Mesa, AZ. Do a story on the Jews that run big business in America!

Your hatred of Mormons is so transparent that you do not see yourself as the bigot that you have unfortunately become.

I am a former Mormon. I do not consider myself a Mormon, nor a Christian. But if you switched the word Mormon on your page for Jew or Muslim, Black, Mexican etc... your page would be considered hate speech.

I'm not denying that many Mormons (religiously active) are typically not fun to do business with, and I don't particularly enjoy their company, But, It's rather bigoted to lump all Mormons into one group and attribute characteristics to them.

Keep up the good work. I'm against corruption. I'm also against bigotry. Be careful that you don't cross that fine line between being frustrated with a group of people and falling into a downward spiral of hatred.

Sincerely,

David

Hi David,
Thank you for your letter concerning doing a story on Jews that run big business in America.

I will be happy to do something like that, could you do a little leg work and possibly cite a few corrupt instances for me that the Jews are participating in? We can't just switch names around as you suggest. That would be like calling Adolph Hitler, Adolph Einstein.

Like any media source we do need a little documenting of the facts. I do note that there are some similarities in history that would match Jews and Mormons.

For instance, in the 1930s and 40's, 6 million Jewish men, women and children were murdered by the nazis during what we call the holocaust. In the 1800s the Mormons slaughtered hundreds of settlers whose only crime was to be traveling through areas reserved for Mormons. Is there a correlation there? Oh Yeah, except the Mormons of the time were more like the nazis than the Jews.
As you are probably well aware the Governor of Utah recently refused university archaeologists permission to study the site of these mass murders. Could this be a Mormon cover-up? If it walks like a duck? ( you already know the "Rest of the story".)

Like any organized religion, 92% of the members are wonderful upstanding citizens. You probably know if you are a business person or a person in authority and a member of a local stake certain business and legal connections are automatic with that stake membership.

If 8% of the stake is in business or a professional of some kind they are without a doubt going to strike the best deals with the other members when it comes to improving their lifestyle through financial strength. If an outsider (non-LDS) business person attempts to compete or if the LDS business people think a Non-LDS business is making money where they believe they could be doing just as well or better, the LDS business people will try and takeover every time.
Jews do not do that, Jews will do business with everybody. They are smart enough to know a narrow field of customers will mean less profit in the long run.

This is nothing new, it has been going on for centuries. In Ireland for example the Protestants control most businesses and real estate. You know how the Catholics feel about that. At least here in Mesa the protests have not been violent. (excepting for the Gilbert Devil Dogs) a group of HS students turned white supremacist gang members now associated with Sammy The Bull Gravano and his gang of drug pushers. Many of these children are the son's of prominent Mormon families.

They did resort to violence to get their point across. I associate these activities with a combination organized crime pushing mob mentality. Is this the result of their LDS upbringing? No! But it is the result of watching how their parents have bullied their way to success and the kids feel justified in using the same tactics. You will find this in the best of families no matter what their religion. It just so happens in Mesa Arizona the ruling mob is Mormon based.

People that write to our media are calling for the truth by exposing the crimes they were victims of by the Mormon Mafia. That does not mean all Mormons are bad, just the ones that perpetrate and perpetuate cruel and unjust treatment of their fellow man. Same with the Mexican Mafia, Italian Mafia and the others that use organization combined with illegal activities for personal gain. Have you ever heard of the Jewish Mafia? There isn't any! If you look a little closer at your particular sect you will find it parallels the Muslim beliefs in some ways. The women are kept in the background, they have multiple wives because of their belief that the more children you have the greater the place in heaven you will occupy. Men take all of the credit for family successes.
There are still in excess of 250,000 polygamists in the western US. They Ain't Jewish kiddo!

Many women thrive on this kind of lifestyle and atmosphere. But look at them closely, they are down trodden, have a vacant stare about them, feel violated when the husband is with another wife. I could go on but I am beginning to bore myself.
We here at the web site don't hate anyone. We are reporting facts. The Jews don't even hate the nazis, They do want the perpetrators of the war crimes punished though.
Mormons don't hate anybody either. In my stake hatred is not ever mentioned. So David, you are misreading what we write. If you find such an instance where it looks like we hate someone please let us know we will delete it.

Study, learn, observe, question authority, The truth will set you free,

Sincerely,
Eldon Bishop

Subj: Dear eldon ... city council shirts
Date: 6/2/00 1:09:46 PM US Mountain Standard Time
From: marilyn

Dear Eldon:

I like to watch city council meetings on TV and wonder if you have any comment about my observations.

In about the past month I've noticed 3 different city councilmen -- Dennis Kavanaugh, John Giles and Jim Davidson -- wearing casual shirts with the "City of Mesa" logo on the front. They're nice looking shirts, like good quality collared golf shirts, gray or tan in color, and at this morning's special city council meeting I noticed that new city manager Mike Hutchinson was wearing one. In about the past two years I noticed some City of Mesa office employees also wearing shirts emblazoned with the City of Mesa logo, but the city council shirts and the city manager's shirt seem to be of a better quality than those of the city's white collar (literally) workers.

With the City of Mesa logo on these shirts, is the message that they're all on the same "team"? I remember that the former long time city manager used to make references to all those employed by the City of Mesa as "our organization." Now that city councilmen also have City of Mesa shirts, are they allowed to wear them when they leave office? Will we be seeing more of these shirts on new city council members? Will newly elected council woman Claudia Walters also be wearing one of these shirts, as a "member of the team"?

What are your comments about these City of Mesa shirts for city council members?

Dear Marilyn:

Your letter is very disturbing, does insanity run in the family? If you are not lying to me and are telling the truth about "like to watch city council meetings on TV" then you need help badly. Council on TV? Urg, Urg, aaackk! OK, to each his or her own.

I once bought a couple of those shirts at Deserert Industries, I thought they were rather nice but my wife re-donated them when I wasn't looking. Later she confided to me that she believed the logo was associated with some type of devil worship or even worse that I might have a thing for our gay neighbor that works for the city. She went on to tell me a lot of gays dress alike to signal one another of their sexual preference. Actually the neighbor isn't bad looking. OK, OK, I didn't buy anymore look-alike shirts.

I don't believe Claudi is going to wear one of those shirts, her taste is more high class toward feminine wraps. (Yeah Baby!) I personally believe the council people are trying to befriend the rank and file staff members and are wearing the shirts to let the staff know they too can be weirdo's by wearing such garb as opposed to dressing "The Part" and being a little more professional about their position as council persons. I'll bet you wouldn't catch the Mayor wearing that shirt. By the way, the reason I voted for Keno, (and I can say it now) He was endorsed by the NRA as being a 2nd amendment supporter. YEA, you go KENO!

By the way, I didn't call and ask, But, it would be interesting to know if the employees and council members get the shirts free, or do they have to buy them? If they get them free, that explains everything. Thanks Marilynn, keep those cards and letters coming,

Sincerely,
Eldon Bishop

Dear eldon bishop,

I am not a representative or spokes person for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints- I am just a member of the Church. Please stop bashing Mormons. Being Mormon is not a 'political persuasion'. I can imagine the outcry if local Jewish businessmen were attacked in the same way!
Elizabeth

My Darling Elizabeth,
May I call you Beth?

Please take a moment to read the first five letters of your name, (Eliza). Do you know the story of Eliza? You should read and study this story to give you further insight into your sect. I know you must be faithful to your church and the flock which abides therein. Beth, Like any organized religion, 92% of the members are wonderful upstanding citizens. ARE YOU PEOPLE IDIOTS? ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT ARE CORRUPT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT RELIGION DOMINATES THE AREA. I DON'T LIKE THE POWER THESE PEOPLE HAVE EITHER, BUT TO BLAME IT ON THE MORMONS IS F_ _ _ _ D UP. WE MIGHT AS WELL BLAME ALL RELIGIONS FOR THE CORRUPTION OF AMERICA. EVERYWHERE I GO, EVERY TOWN I'VE EVER BEEN TO IT'S THE SAME STORY, DIFFERENT CHURCH. AND THE ONE THING I'VE LEARNED IS IT'S THE PEOPLE, NOT THE RELIGION.

Hey hey! DR K.,
That rhymes, Ummmm,
I note you have written to us using all uppercase letters. In "puter" talk that means you are shouting at us. That's OK though, go ahead, get it off your chest. The last guy said I had a white hairy ass. I wonder how he knew? Please note I have censored your letter a little, there may be children reading. Actually, we do blame other religions for oppressing people.

Your Internet screen name implies you may be a Doctor, If you are you are a learned individual. Or if you aren't, for all I know you may possess a Ph.D. (piled high and deep) I suspect it is the latter since you have resorted to profanity to express yourself. Corruption exists everywhere, true. If you have been in the south of the US it is the Southern Baptists, In Phoenix the Baptists just filed bankruptcy on the retirement program they administer for their flock to the tune of 180 million or so dollars, What happened to the cash? In many poor areas of the country it has always been the Catholics. Travel to Saudi Arabia you will find the Sunni Muslims control their government and people (especially the women) with an iron fisted rule. In Israel, the orthodox Jews are trying to take over the government. We are fortunate we live in the US where religion tries to take over the government but so far has only had limited success.

In Mesa, there are very few establishments that sell or serve booze, ( as compared to other cities). There is a no smoking ordnance that applies to all restaurants and bars. Last year we celebrated the forth of July on Monday the fifth because of possible interference with religious activity. We live in Mesa, that is the reason we address problems associated with our city that are the direct result of interference in everyone's business and life because they are not Mormon. ( as I mentioned, Mormons dominate the government here, especially the bureaucracy) if you have two business that have limited government control, the Mormon owned business will win out every time over the non-Mormon business.

I fully agree it's the people in every city that are corrupt, In our case, the people just happen to be Mormon. This is not to say all Mormons are corrupt, but those in power at this writing are.

eldon bishop

Subj: Champlin Fighter Museum

It truly is a sad day in Mesa when the Champlin Fighter Museum leaves. It doesn't make much since, that place was truly a jewel in the desert of East Mesa. I believe poor or self-serving management is the reason the museum is leaving. Mr. Bishop were you ever able to find out why we're losing such a treasure. How will their departure effect those USO Dances? As with everything else in our society was this strictly a matter of greed? Thanks for your efforts.

[email protected]

Dear MKMWalton:

If you were sitting on 28 millions dollars worth of airplanes in east Mesa and they sold, you would leave too. The demise of Champlin in east mesa will not affect the USO dances, those are held at the confederate air force museum. As far as the museum management is concerned, I believe they have had the best manager they have ever had in Bill Rummer. He has been able to steadily increase the number of visitors and fun activity at the museum through the sponsorship of various "airplane awareness days, Lately the DC-3 Day, and the helicopter day, The events were well attended and good times were had by all.

I don't think this is a matter of greed, it is a matter of the museum being so far off the beaten tourist path and the general area of east mesa having no other draw like a few decent restaurants.. Agreed, it is a great loss to an otherwise dull existence in East Mesa.

Eldon

Subj: Mesa's home fire sprinklers
Date: 2/11/00 7:53:17 AM US Mountain Standard Time

Dear Eldon:
What is the real message on voting for the home fire sprinklers, are they good or bad? Can the firemen really come into your home and inspect it at any time? What benefit will they produce overall for the community?
Sincerely,
Bob Johnson
Mesa

Dear Bob,
Have you forgotten there are a few bastions of control yet to be conquered by the good folks at the city?

If you are a fire insurance salesman or a fireman they are good. Your insurance company will make more money because they will not give more than a 5% credit for the sprinklers on you fire insurance premium and at the same time their risk of claim is lessened. Then you have a sprinkler leak with water damage. When you try to make a claim they will tell you, "you forgot to buy sprinkler leakage insurance." Oops' there goes your 5% credit.

Giving only a 5% credit reflects the faith the insurance company has in the sprinklers.
Will they work?

Recently in Scottsdale it was found the sprinkler heads were defective in thousands of homes. Fire department inspection did not find the defect. It took a fire about 20 years after the sprinklers were installed. And all this time they thought they were protected. Will the fire department and the sprinkler companies guarantee the sprinklers will work?

A New Evil Empire... Inspectors and plans Checkers
Now comes an army of fire department bureaucrats, in the name of public safety you must let them in to inspect your "Life Safety Fire Sprinkler System." Now maybe theses guys are really firemen or maybe they are another kind of a bureaucrat that wants to do a little snooping into your affairs. Can the firemen inspect your home at any time? They can't inspect it if you don't have something for them to look at can they?

Lower Payout for Claims? Benefit? The insurance companies benefit by having lowered payouts on claims, The City benefits by establishing another army of bureaucrats to enforce, inspect and control another facet of your life.

Your benefit? Remote. If your are a responsible person, you are able to recognize when you have a fire hazard in your home and you take care of the problem. What about hidden dangers? Sprinklers would not be required in unoccupied areas such as closets, utility rooms or attics where fires usually start.

My vote on sprinklers.
NO!

Subj: Mesa, is it really sooooooo bad??
Date: 2/27/00 12:57:34 AM US Mountain Standard Time
From: [email protected] (Ryan S Wallin)
To: [email protected]

Dear eldon,

Im not a resident of Mesa. I am doing research for school related reasons and stumbled upon this web site. Just as an outside observer I have a couple of observations Id like to lay down:

I guess the authors of this web site mustve lived in New York, or Providence Rhode Island. You know, cities where there is never any corruption or under the table deals going around. My point is, it seems that your entire site is based solely on a couple of instances (which by the way, I do agree that something is a little fishy) which are relatively minor. Unless you grew up in Mayberry, where Andy Griffith was overseeing matters with an unwavering fairness, its just a part of life.

If Mesa is such a bad place, then why has it consistently rate in the top 50 cities in the U.S. by USA Today and many other sources (I know, its been part of my research). Im not a Mormon, but I know quite a few of them. I also know a few people that dislike Mormons...always for the same reason. They all got screwed by NuSkin and associate it with the church.

Good for you guys making people aware of some of these scandals. But, may be little too far blaming it on the mormons and the city. Blame it on your white hairy ass for being so damned uptight.

[email protected] (Ryan S Wallin)

Dear Ryan,

Thank you for your observations, I happen to be an Arizona Native. I cannot believe New York and Prov.R.I. are corrupt, I watch those TV shows depicting life in those cities and it just looks like a lot of fun with two hot girls for every guy and all that good stuff.

And Providence, Nice people love animals and children, where do you get your information?

Mesa is a really good place for educating children and a fairly low crime rate. The good education is directly related to Mormons as they wont put up with any crap from the kids in the schools and they are very interested in making sure our children are properly schooled. It is a little hard on the kids though, If you are not LDS your only friends you have are non LDS as well. It makes for a lot of hurt feelings for the kids all the way through High School.

Additionally, this practice of the good Mormon familles causes a backlash inasmuch as the non LDS kids grow up having fostered great resentment for their Mormon peer group. In Some cases the high schoolers are strong enough to break away from mind control by the church and eventually make good. There are others that love their church and LDS ties to the extent of being brainwashed and are unaware they are being controlled to the extent they are.

Mesa is most popular to the mainstream residents for the entrainment provided within the community.

A bunch of high schoolers from a couple of really good Mormon familles were arrested for assaulting people they disliked for whatever reason, and peddling the drug ecstasy while working for U.S.Govt. protected witness Sam my The Bull, Gravano.

There is always a great sex scandal going on at the Police department. Yes, they are a bit oversexed.

Unfortunately, we seem to have more than of our share of child molestations, within the familles, Utah probably has the worst record for incest and polygamy.

A lot of Mesa residents prefer shopping and dining in Scottsdale because of the great selection of restaurants and other attractions (Bars and restaurants are few and far between in Mesa) Mormon Influence?

We did have a visitor from a Scottsdale resident just a few weeks ago and it made the front page of all the papers. It seems a nice Scottsdale lady needed to dump parts of her murdered husbands remains so she chose a dumpster behind one of the local grocery stores. A delivery person thought it was a strange sight (she was driving a jaguar, a sight not seen in Mesa too often) Most of the Mormon brothers drive Huge Pickups and suburbans, also know as BMWs Big Mormon wagons. and finally, if you dont have a white hairy ass in mesa you aint shit.

Sincerely,
eldon bishop

Well......we were dismayed by the news that Champlin Fighter Museum was being sold to the Museum of Flight backed by Boeing Aircraft Company. And thusly will move to Seattle from Mesa. Now it seems the Airplane museum operated by the Confederate Airforce is considering the Scottsdale location once looked at by Champlin. What in the heck is going on folks? Why do these great treasure troves of W.W.II, Korea and Vietnam want to skedaddle? East Mesa is going to be a ghost town. Come on guys, it cant be that bad. If anyone can shed any light on this please write.
Sincerely,
Eldon

Q. Why doesn't anyone build a restaurant in northeast mesa, preferably by the airport?
--Virginia W, "the groves"

A. Well Virginia, the last time the city was approached by a company to build on the vacant land adjacent south of Falcon field across from the Bomb factory, they were told the city is waiting for Ruth Crist to build a steak house there. Hey Bureaucrats, wake up.. Ruth will never build there. Number one they would not allow RV parking and Number Two, they don't accept coupons.

By the way, I know a lot of people make fun of the wide streets... But they are great to turn around the land yachts when you miss the turn to Luby's.

Q. Why doesn't the city extend Higley Road to the Bee Line Highway? I live in east Mesa but prefer dining and shopping in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.
--Rex

A. You Rex, are the reason why! The city hates it when the residents go elsewhere to have a good time.

Q. The bishop in my stake tells me to always take two brothers with me when I go fishing, can you explain that?
--Wayne

A. Wayne, if you take only one brother he will drink all your beer.
